This 200+ year old trinity home in the heart of Fitler square was selectively rehabbed and restored to highlight its original beauty, featuring original hardwood floors, original exposed beams, and custom finishes throughout

This full gut rehab of a corner property in newbold included the addition of a third story indoor / outdoor rooftop in addition to 2 other outdoor rooftop spaces

1330 S Cleveland St

This project consisted of two separate additions to a 2 story house - a 3 story addition in the back of the house as well as a 3rd story addition above the existing 2 stories

This project involved a property that had fire damage from the house next to it and required a "Make Safe" permit before even starting with the full gut rehab of the property

This project consisted of a single family to duplex conversion and is currently part of our rental portfolio
